You can indicate your availability throughout the entire fair.
Your calendar will update automatically after each confirmed appointment.
⚠️ A pending appointment will not block the time slot, so please do not send multiple appointment requests
for the same slot if you are unable to welcome several buyers to your booth at the same time.
You can assign an appointment to a collaborator by clicking on the three points to the right of the appointment and then clicking on the pencil icon
to edit the appointment. Once you are on the appointment page, you can search for the collaborator in the Speakers search bar and assign the appointment to them.
You can add several collaborators to one appointment.
The platform allows you to make 3 appointments simultaneously. You can receive your appointments at your booth
or in the lounge areas located in each hall.

How to understand appointment statuses?
Pending: Your request for an appointment has been received but has not yet been accepted.
Confirmed: Your appointment request has been accepted
Cancelled: Your appointment request has been refused
