Hosted buyer program
Millésime BIO offers buyers who commit to meeting with exhibitors financial support to cover part of their travel expenses.
Elegibility condition :
- Justify a professional buyer activity with purchase intention
- 2 days presence minimum at the trade fair
- 10 meetings scheduled or accepted on the fair's business meeting platform
- Attend these meetings with the exhibitors
- Shares your presence at the fair on social media
Millésime BIO is here to accompany you 💚:
- Maximum amount covered is €200 excl. VAT for France and €400 excl. VAT for exports
- Complimentary lunch at the fair
- Allowance granted upon presentation of an invoice (payment within one month following the fair, subject to verification of the eligibility conditions)
Restriction :
- A maximum of 2 buyers per company, with 10 appointments each
- Non cumulative with a Wine tour invitation
- Offer limited to the first 200 applications
- Applications received before 30/11/2026
