Description
Winegrowers based in Avenay-Val-d'Or, all our plots (2.80 ha - 40 years in average) have been organic since our foundation by my grand father Yves in 1971. We cultivate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay only on a chalk and clay terroir. In order to protect our soils we use limited ploughing and only light machines (chenillard). We raise all our wines in oak and acacia barrels, generally 8 months on the lies. Our bottles are raised in our handmade cellar with a constant temperature of 13 degrees, all of them are riddled manually.
