Un vin rouge à la robe brillante et grenat, mariage parfait de cépages méditerranéens et atlantiques, pour offrir une belle complexité au nez : à la fois typé sur les fruits noirs (mûre) et la crème de cerise, et des notes plus épicées (poivre, moka, poivron rouge mariné). Bel équilibre en bouche, charnue et reglissée, les tanins sont soyeux. Un vin de plaisir prêt à boire, sur des viandes grillées : agneau de Larzac bien sûr, mais il tiendra aussi son rang sur une côte de bœuf !
