Robe brillante aux reflets or. Cette cuvée d’élevage fait la part belle au vermentino, fermenté et élevé en fûts pendant 6 à 8 mois. Le nez est complexe, sur les fruits jaunes (pêche), l’ananas au sirop, la badiane et le calisson. Bouche gourmande et onctueuse, dont les notes anisées et épicées rehaussent la fraîcheur en finale. Un beau blanc de table, qui accompagnera parfaitement des rougets grillés ou un St Pierre au beurre blanc.
