« Un Colombard affriolant qui a enchanté le jury. Le nez complexe, loin des caricatures, passe en revue le fruit jaune confit, l’amande fraîche, le tilleul et le citron. Jamais exubérante mais tactile, ample et caressante, puis tonique en finale, la bouche restitue ce fruit raffiné et y ajoute un soupçon de douceur (4g/L de sucres résiduels) qui attise la gourmandise de l’ensemble. Avec des viandes blanches et des cuisines épicées. »
