Les vignes de chatiou

Description: After 15 years of experience as a farm worker, including six at GAEC Dard & Ribo and one season at Domaine des Entrefaux, a project born from passion took shape. This project materialized with the creation of our estate from scratch, drawing on family land and also on opportunities to acquire new plots.

Today, the estate covers 11.6 hectares, cultivated using organic farming methods or in the process of becoming so.

The balance of the ecosystem is a priority: 800 meters of hedgerows have been planted to recreate areas of biodiversity, complemented by bat and titmouse nesting boxes, as well as a small apiary.
Our work in the cellar aims to highlight the grape variety and the vintage. We favor single-varietal wines, crafted from individual plots, with the least interventionist winemaking possible. The use of indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfites preserves the integrity of the grapes.

The wines are distinguished by their authentic and straightforward structure, seeking to recapture the expertise of our ancestors. Subtle aging in oak barrels enhances the wines without masking their character.
