- U MES U is a family-run winery dedicated to the production of organic wines, with a recognized specialization in Cava. With more than 50 years of history, the third generation now leads the project with a clear international vision based on sustainability, innovation, and exceptional quality — values that have earned the winery numerous awards and the recognition of the specialized press. Led by Josep Jordi Piñol Camps, named Winemaker of Prestige 2025 by the Catalan Association of Oenologists for his contribution to the sector, U MES U has been a pioneer in adapting the Pinot Noir variety in the Penedès and crafting it as a blanc de noirs for sparkling wines, as well as in organic production in the region. The winery is also a benchmark in the creation of low-sulfite and sulfite-free wines and Cavas, reaffirming its commitment to authenticity, innovation, and sustainability.
