7103 Petit Celler

Description: 7103 Petit Celler (www.7103-petitceller.com/en) is the venture of two young agricultural engineers, Pep Cànaves and Sebastià Ordines who in 2013 established the cellar, starting with some 60-year-old Mantonegro vineyards from Sebastià’s grandfather, and kept growing by taking over other vineyards as well as by planting new vines of quality local varieties: Premsal blanc, Giró blanc, Giró ros white grapes as well as Mantonegro and a little bit of Callet red grapes.
The certainty that good wine is made at the vineyard, multiple plots with different soil compositions and microclimate variations between the plain and the vicinity of the Serra de la Tramuntana, allow for versatility and fine-tuning when creating blends or even single varietals (blending batches of the same varietal from different plots). All in all, a range of 13 wines, a sangria and 3 vermouths.
We have now completed the ECO certification process, and 2024 has been the first vintage with some wines with ECO label, and 2025 will see them all ECO-labelled.
