- A mineral, wild and secluded land.
Planted at 250 meters above sea level, in the heart of the garrigue, the vines are rooted in free-draining soils whose natural balance has been preserved.
The estate covers 10 hectares, entirely planted by us.
We produce only two wines:
a red and a white.
Straight, elegant and expressive wines, built on freshness, with a constant search for balance and depth.
The grapes are hand-harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, the wines are unfiltered and handled as little as possible.
A deliberately minimalist approach, focused on precision and the full expression of terroir.
L’Hermas red and L’Hermas white are now listed on the wine lists of many leading gastronomic restaurants in France.
