- Wine producer in the Saumur, Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame, Vins de France, and Pet Nat appellations.
My philosophy is quite simple: a good bunch of grapes makes a good wine! My team and I take care of the vines and the soil by focusing as much as possible on manual work and on planting selected plants in the plots to improve soil structure and provide nourishment to the vines. We harvest the entire vineyard by hand and intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process so the wines can fully express the complexity of their aromas and our terroirs. I love wines that are generous and supple, which is why we age 80% of our wines in century-old concrete vats to preserve and reveal their aromas. Our wines are alive, yet deep and precise.
