Céline Coté
Information
- Description
- Céline Coté took over 2 hectares of the family estate in 1999. Today, three people work on this 7-hectare estate. The plots, located less than 2 km from the winery, face south and southeast, were planted between 1993 and 2023. They are all surrounded by forests, hedgerows, or meadows to preserve the biodiversity of each plot. To go even further and observe the behavior of the soil and vines, one hectare is worked using animal traction.
The grapes from each plot are harvested by hand, vinified, and aged separately, in stainless steel, concrete, or oak barrels. This allows each cuvée to express the vintage in its own way.
