- Description
- We decided to change our lives, all the four of us together to become winemakers in 2012. We found a plot of old vines surrounded by woods. Farming has been organic since 2000 and biodynamic since 2018.
This “Clos” gives a particular freshness to our wines. The simple but meticulous and natural work, throughout the year, in the vineyard and in winemaking (exclusively manual harvesting, vitipastoralism, indigenous yeasts, etc.) allows us to find the same mineral, fresh and yet very southern identity in our wines.
After 10 vintages, doing everything ourselves, from cultivation to sales, we are proud to see our wines today in nearly 150 Michelin-starred restaurants (including around twenty 3-star restaurants). More and more passionate restaurateurs, wine merchants and importers are introducing our wines.
