The Pita family has a deep connection with wine, continuing a longstanding family tradition. In 2010, Emilio Pita, a graduate in oenology from Bordeaux with experience in California and New Zealand, returned to Rubí de Bracamonte (Valladolid) to lead the family project. Since 2012, the winery has been producing organic wines that highlight the terroir: Pita Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Pita Finca la Cantera, and La Bonera, one of the few red wines from the D.O. Rueda. Each bottle reflects the essence of the vineyard, blending tradition, environmental respect, and innovation.
