- Diverse, high-quality wines grown on flint and limestone terroir.
Produced using Australian biodynamic method (Alex Podolinsky), based on cutting-edge agronomic soil management and frequent silica spraying (501).
Mainly hand-picked. Intra-parcel agroforestry with olive and walnut trees. Some vintages are made without sulfites, others contain very little. Since 2024, we have been using only volcanic sulfur (better tolerance for consumers and better organoleptic purity for the wine).
We produce excellent dry white wines harvested by hand, often rewarded, made from Sauvignon alone, Sémillon alone, and a blend of the two varieties. These wines are aged on fine lees, with regular stirring during « fruit days ».
We produce a rosé wine, generally composed of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
We also produce three red wines: a light red wine, almost without tannins and sulfites-free, made from carbonic maceration of Cabernet Franc. A fruity Bergerac Rouge with mellow tannins, vinified in the traditional way, made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A Côtes de Bergerac Rouge, made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, aged in barrels.
We also produce a sulfite-free mid-sweet wine made exclusively from Sauvignon grapes and a sulfite-free dessert wine made from Sémillon grapes.
Finally, we also sell a traditional method white wine made from Sémillon and a traditional method rosé made from Cabernet Franc. Those wines are made from old vines (between 60 and 80 years old). An additional sparkling wine will be released in the spring: an ancestral method (PetNat) rosé made from all the estate's grape varieties.
