Can Vallès is an organic & biodynamic (Demeter) wine family estate, certified, located in the Penedès region, close to Barcelona, with only white wines: XAXAXA, a blend of Xarel.lo and Chardonnay; XAREL.LO Jeroni Vallès, a 100% Xarel.lo; and SAUVIGNERON a sauvignon blanc with spontaneous fermentation.
XAXAXA, 91 pts Decanter and 92 pts Guide Verema, is a dry white wine, lively, gourmand, velvety, fresh, and elegant.
XAREL.LO Jeroni Vallès, Gold Medal at the Brussels World Challenge, is a dry white wine, subtle and complex, elegant and tasty, very gastronomic. SAUVIGNERON, with a very particular and gastronomic profile is our latest wine.
We export at present to California and Texas in the USA, Quebec (SAQ) in Canada, UK, German Switzerland, Belgium valonia, Italy. We are seeking importers in all areas.
