DOMAINE DE BROUSSE
Information
- Description
- Located on the first limestone soils of the Cordes Plateau, in Gaillac (wines of Southwest France), the vines of Domaine de Brousse have been cultivated by the Boissel family for four generations. I am, Amandine, the fourth generation. In 2016, after ten years of professional travels in Paris, I decided to open a new chapter in the history of the estate. I chose to convert the 10 hectares of the family estate to organic farming. Tradition, experimentation, and freedom are the hallmarks of the estate. The wines have always been made simply, without chemical inputs, and with very few sulfites, allowing the terroir to express itself naturally. The commitment to organic farming is the natural path towards this quest for purity and respect for our vineyard. Duras, Braucol, Mauzac, Loin de l’Oeil… The estate is dedicated to cultivating the unique character of the traditional grape varieties of the Gaillac vineyards. The wines of Domaine de Brousse will delight those curious and eager for discovery and distinctiveness.
