Description

Domaine Les Combes Cachées, founded in 2015, organically farms 13 hectares of high-quality hillside and high-altitude terroirs within the Minervois and Cru La Livinière appellations.
The estate produces around 50,000 bottles per year, with 85% red wines and 15% white wines. Production is intentionally limited, with an average yield of 30 hl/ha. Harvesting is done by hand, and each parcel is vinified separately, with extraction adapted to the potential of each lot.
Our objective is to craft wines of high quality that combine fruit, freshness, complexity and elegance.

The domaine offers a range of wines suitable for every moment of conviviality and tasting — including fine gastronomy — in both red and white. Frequently awarded and praised by wine guides and critics, our wines consistently delight restaurateurs, seasoned tasters and beginners alike.

These mid-range and premium cuvées offer a stable profile year after year, ensuring the satisfaction of professional buyers who can, in turn, guarantee consistent quality to their own customers.

Finally, our flagship cuvée, Générations, breaks free from conventions to create a unique Cru La Livinière every vintage — produced only when nature provides the level of excellence required for this exceptional wine.
