- The first organic and biodynamic estate in the Luberon, with a certification dating from the early 70s, Château la Canorgue is a family estate, in the same family for more than 5 generations. The cellar is under earth and allows a smooth work by gravity is a fabulous marriage between tradition and modernity.
The vineyards are located at the foot of the Luberon (natural park), in the village of Bonnieux, at an altitude of 400m. The soils are limestone clay, the plots are often planted in restanques (terraces with stone walls), surrounded by many hedges and groves allowing a very balanced ecosystem.
The harvest for white and rosé wines is done at night to avoid oxidation.
Vinification using indigenous yeasts.
