Champagne Durdon Bouval
Information
- Description
- Situated in Vincelles (51) in the heart of the Marne Valley, this family-run wine estate, based on know-how handed down from generation to generation, covers a total of 8 hectares included 7 ha certified AB (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir) stretching from Verneuil to Mont Saint-Père via Passy-sur-Marne and Barzy-sur-Marne. DEMETER label for 6 ha. Each stage, from the vine to the cellar, aims to reveal the potential of the terroir. The winery uses a minimum of inputs (little or no chaptalisation, no chilling, little or no sulphites, etc.) to preserve the purity of the grapes. They want to offer authentic, quality wines, while preserving biodiversity and contributing to the health of the local soil and landscape. And to showcase grape varieties suited to the terroir. Antoine with his father Ludovic produce a varied range of artisan champagnes vinified using traditional methods, with a delicate, natural effervescence.
