- Estate mainly on the AOP Pic St Loup but also on the Grés de Montpellier terroir.
We built the estate little by little and developed a vineyard in Organic Culture on 3 villages just north of Montpellier. We must give each vine time, work a lot in the first years, keep hedges, trees, grass, flowers, insects and birds.
We bring a lot of organic matter to the soils and grass to protect them and fight against drought.
Our cellar is equipped with small refrigerated stainless steel vats allowing us to vinify each grape variety separately.
We age part of the wines in Burgundy barrels with light toast or just steam. Our wines respect the characteristics of our terroirs: freshness, aromas of ripe fruits, spices and scrubland and pleasant tannins.
