The data collected through this form is recorded in a computer file by SudVinBio, the association who organised Millésime BIO fair, in order to manage your participation and invite you to our upcoming events. Data are saved digitally and are only used by SudVinBio for the association's events. You have the right to access, correct, transfer, or delete this data, and to restrict its processing. Disclaimer for Drone Overflights during the Event
By accepting the present regulations, you agree to the following conditions concerning the overflight of drones during the Millésime BIO fair from January 26 to 28, 2026 on the Exhibition Centre area (indoor and outdoor):
1. Overflight authorization: I authorize MIND PROD to carry out drone flights over the area where I will be during the event.
2. Use of Images and Videos : I agree that images and videos may be taken from the drones, including shots in which I may appear.
3. Safety : I agree to respect the safety instructions provided by the organizers and the drone operators.
4. Disclaimer: I hereby discharge MIND PROD and SudVinBio from all liability for any incident or accident directly related to the flying of the drones, except in the case of serious negligence or deliberate fault on their part.
