This form allows you to receive your entry to Millésime BIO, a trade show strictly reserved for professionals in the wine and spirits industry . Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If these fields are not completed, your badge cannot be sent. One email address corresponds to a single badge and cannot be used multiple times by different people. The information collected on this form is recorded in a computer file by SudVinBio, the association organizing the Millésime BIO trade show, for managing your participation in the show and inviting you to future events. Your data is stored digitally and is intended solely for use by SudVinBio for the association's events. Drone Flight Liability Waiver for the Event
By accepting these regulations, you agree to the following conditions regarding drone flights during the Millésime BIO trade fair from January 26 to 28, 2026 within the grounds of the Exhibition Center (indoors and outdoors):
1. Overflight Authorization: I authorize MIND PROD to conduct drone flights over the area where I will be located during the event.
2. Use of Images and Videos: I agree that images and videos may be taken from drones, including shots where I may appear.
3. Safety: I agree to comply with the safety instructions provided by the organizers and drone operators.
4. Release of Liability: I release MIND PROD and the SudVinBio Association from all liability in the event of an incident or accident directly related to the overflight of drones, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on their part.
