Arômes fins et frais. Beaucoup de complexité. Fruité, framboise, cassis. Mentholé, poivre blanc, thym ; mais aussi floral, rose, pivoine, acacia. Petites notes boisées subtiles, noisette, légèrement coco. Belle minéralité en bouche, plein, généreux, équilibré et long. Des tanins présents mais fins.
