Une robe rouge profond, aux reflets violets. Le premier nez offre des notes fruitées assez douces pour ensuite passer sur un côté sombre et bien épicé. En bouche, il est fluide et soyeux, avec une composante tannique pas trop extraite ; équilibré du début à la fin avec une acidité naturelle équilibrée qui vient du millésime frais.
