Le nez est tout en finesse, avec des notes d’agrumes, d’abricots confits, et une belle fraicheur. La bouche est dense, équilibrée. On retrouve le pomelo avec une belle gourmandise qui poursuit sur une belle minéralité et une très longue finale saline. Quantité très limitée.
