BLANC DE MÉANDRE 80% Chardonnay, 20% Meunier Extra Brut 15% sous-bois, 15% cuve en béton. Méandre : Sinuosité décrite par une rivière. Délicat, le chardonnay est relativement peu présent dans notre vallée car le microclimat rend sa récolte incertaine. Cette cuvée révèle avec gourmandise et générosité l’identité de notre terroir.
