Le viognier, très présent en Ardèche, s’exprime ici avec finesse et élégance. Les arômes typiques d’abricot sec, légèrement fleuris se voient sublimés par la structure beurrée de la cuvée. L’élevage en fut de chêne vient souligner discrètement les arômes naturels des baies bien mures.
