Robe pourpre et reflets violines. Un vin structuré qui offre une palette aromatique complexe alliant épices (poivre noir de Cayenne), fruits noirs à baies (myrtilles, mûres). La structure est dominée par des tanins fins qui font rejaillir en bouche toute l’intensité du terroir (garrigue, thym, romarin) pour une finale fraiche aux notes mentholées.
