Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, cloudy due to the presence of yeasts. The nose reveals hints of yellow fruit and in particular white fruit (e.g., apple, pear, banana) with exotic sensations (like pineapple). On the palate, the entry is soft with good acidity and good breadth and verticality. Correspondence between nose and palate
