Un nez de fruits rouge et noirs frais, d'épices. La bouche est ample, très longue. Les tannins sont serrés et la fraîcheur impressionnante. Sera parfait avec de belles viandes rouges, un lièvre en civet ou à la Royale, ou quelques fromages comme Laguiole, Salers, ou vieux Cantal
