La vinification et l'élevage originaux en jarre de grès ovoïde ont permis de préserver l'expression de la typicité de notre terroir de schistes «de montagne» sur la fraîcheur, tout en exaltant les arômes et en favorisant la texture ronde et soyeuse. Cuvée Skhistos Blanc : Fraîcheur, minéralité, amplitude, longueur.
