La robe est profonde, pourpre, aux reflets violacés. Le nez se révèle d’une grande finesse et complexité, mêlant les arômes de petits fruits rouges et d’épices à des notes de coco et menthol, évoquant la fraîcheur. La bouche est parfaitement équilibrée. L’attaque est dense et suave. Les tanins très fins et veloutés, ainsi qu’une bonne acidité confère à cette cuvée une excellente longueur en bouche.
