- Description
- Since the 2021 vintage, I have devoted my energy to reviving this historic terroir located in the Côte Chalonnaise (between Mercurey and Rully). The estate boasts a long history dating back to the 9th century.
I farm this one-hectare clos organically and biodynamically, a monopoly exclusively planted with Chardonnay on a very limestone-rich terroir, giving rise to a taut, mineral wine.
