- Description
- We are an independent cooperative winery founded in 1930, located in Peyriac-Minervois at the heart of the AOP Minervois appellation in Languedoc wine region. Our main activity focuses on producing AOP Minervois wines, both in bulk and bottled. Among the most traditional grape varieties are Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault.
We also produce IGP Pays d’Oc varietal wines such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Marselan, and more.
The winery is a true “family,” bringing together around thirty members, all certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Value, level 3) and AB (Organic Agriculture). Each year, we have the capacity to produce an average of 17,000 hectoliters, thanks to our 300 hectares of vineyards.
