Description

The soul of the estate lies in that of Gaillac’s native and forgotten grape varieties. We cultivate 20 hectares of vines within the Gaillac appellation area. The entire estate has been farmed organically for nearly 20 years, and we vinify all our wines with indigenous yeasts and minimal use of SO₂. Sparkling wines, dry whites, sweet whites, reds, oxidative wines… the diversity of our cuvées reflects all the styles of wine that can be produced in Gaillac
