- Since 2021, the third generation of winegrowers has been offering its own interpretation of the granite terroir and the vibrant Grand Cru Frankstein.
The quartet of thirty-somethings – Antoine, the commercial artist, Louise-Anne, the inspired sommelier, Jacques-Emile, the winegrower, and Thomas, the methodical engineer – combines its talents to craft a range of Alsace Wines that elevates both white and black grape varieties.
Their 2021 Gewurztraminer “Vendanges Tardives” was awarded the prestigious Grand Prix du Jury at the Mondial des Vins Blancs 2024. Backed by true expertise and the trust of its clients and partners, the 53-hectare estate is firmly committed and certified in organic viticulture.
This passion and these convictions also take root in the Languedoc, since 2016, in the vineyards of Château Valmont, stretching across 32 hectares in the maritime Corbières.
Single varietals or blends, still or sparkling wines — the story is now written with eight hands, honoring the legacy of the past while adding just the right touch of creativity to take you on a perpetual sensory journey.
The Ruhlmann-Schutz Family is a member of the Grandes Maisons d’Alsace.
