PAVELOT JEAN MARC ET HUGUES

Description: For several generations, the Jean Marc and Hugues PAVELOT estate, located in Savigny-lès-Beaune in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, has been passed down from father to son, thus guaranteeing the expertise that has made it renowned.

Since 2021, Hugues and Pierre Yves have been managing a property that spans nearly 17 hectares, mostly in the commune of Savigny-lès-Beaune, but also in Beaune and Aloxe-Corton.

Our production will allow you to discover a dozen wines with very varied characteristics. These differences are closely linked to the concept of terroir, a hallmark of Burgundy viticulture. Each appellation or vineyard plot is therefore the expression of a fairly complex combination of the local geology, topography, and even its history.
