Description

My brother and I are wine producers in Savoie.
Our vineyard is located in Chignin, between Chambéry and Albertville, and is entirely cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming methods.
All of our Savoie wines are vinified without sulphur, with only a very small addition at bottling if necessary. Long ageing periods—in tanks, barrels, or amphorae—are favoured, with a strong emphasis on single-parcel expressions.
