- Emblematic domain of Saint-Chinian, born at the very beginning of the Appellation (1982), fruit of Isabelle and Matthieu Champart’s hard work.
It is run today by a team as experienced and equally passionate .
Located in the district of Saint-Chinian, towards Villespassans, between 210 and 300m above sea level, it flourishes in the middle of magnificent Languedoc Mediterranean landscapes.
Strongly identified from its limestone terroir, it spreads over 16 hectares, and around twenty different plots, classified as PDO Saint-Chinian and PGI Mont de La Grage and Pays d'Oc.
A dozen of grape varieties, both white and black all together, are cultivated.
