- Domaine Ciry Cattaneo is a small organic estate (9 hectares) in the Minervois region, producing AOP Minervois and Vin de France wines, using traditional methods in the vineyard and cellar. The estate produces Minervois cuvées (15,000 bottles per year) as well as numerous micro-cuvées (orange wine, Blanc de Noir, single-varietal wines, etc.) from two distinct terroirs: the Grès de Laure Minervois at 100m altitude and the limestone Combes de Siran at 400m altitude.
