- Every day, we draw inspiration from it to produce the best grapes, the raw material for our champagnes, with respect for people and the land. Agro-ecology and regenerative agriculture are at the heart of our committed approach and guide our growing methods.
Our vineyards, which have been certified organic since the 2023 harvest, cover 6 hectares spread over 10 villages in the Marne region.
True to the Champagne tradition of cooperative winegrowers, we produce our champagnes within a cooperative on a human scale. This now enables us to make cuvées exclusively from our own vineyards, our ‘Eveil’ range, reflecting our practices and our convictions.
