Tenuta la Novella

Description: Tenuta la Novella is an altitude biodynamic farm, located in the Chianti Classico appellation, Tuscany.
We owns 13,5 ha of vineyard planted between 400 et 600m asl. The 18 blocks are spread on the best terroirs of the estate (tot. surface 190ha, forest is 140ha) on schist and sandy soils.
We mainly grow Sangiovese and some Syrah, and some other grape varieties such Trebbiano, Malvasia, Viognier and Canaiolo.
We focus on producing terroir driven wines, low oak aging, fresh, elegant and refined.
