Description: We've been farming organically since 2012. It's an exciting challenge that I thoroughly enjoy. Nature is reflected not only in our organic cultivation but also in our winemaking, as we completely forgo all fining agents.

Our single-vineyard wines are harvested in 2,000-year-old cultural landscapes, where the soil imparts its unique character to the wine. We're proud to have reduced the influence of cellar management to such an extent in recent years that the distinctive qualities of the soil become truly perceptible in the taste. With our wines, everyone can taste the unique character of the vineyard.

Delicious and imbued with the essence of the land, the best that can be achieved with grapes. Timeless, because we don't follow fleeting trends.
