- Bodegas Cano was founded in 1860 by Blas Cano García in the village of Higueruela. Currently, the fifth generation continues with the family business, which processes an average of 1M kg of grapes and has 140 hectares of its own vineyard.
Throughout these years, the wines from Bodegas Cano have been distributed nationwide throughout the Levante area. At the international level they have reached China, Belgium, Poland and Germany. The whole production is organic certified.
We differentiate ourselves by:
- The unique techniques we use, such as aging in clay amphorae.
- Our vineyards are located at more than 1000 meters of altitude.
- We are a small winery with "controlled" production.
- All our wines are organic
- We are specialists in the production of Alicante Bouschet.
All this results in wines with personality and unique characteristics.
