Domaine de la Navicelle
Information
- Description
- Domaine de la Navicelle, close to the Mediterranean in Provence, benefits from a unique terroir with red
clay soils and the influence of sea breezes, bringing a characteristic salinity to the wines. The estate stands
out for its eco-responsible approach, with natural grassing, pastoralism and manual harvesting. In the
cellar, the diversity of materials and parcel-by-parcel selection ensure authentic wines.
This strong commitment also translates into know-how in the vineyard and cellar, with a focus on soil
preservation and the use of biodynamic preparations (horn dung, silica). Hand-picked grapes ensure a
meticulous harvest in every plot.
Since 1992, the estate has been revitalised by modernising the vineyards and infrastructure, which has
improved the quality of the wines.Under the direction of Romain Magnanou, a passionate winemaker
who has worked at prestigious estates in Bordeaux and Provence, the estate team is committed to organic
and biodynamic winegrowing, with a deep respect for the terroir.
