- Description
- The winery was founded by Jean-Charles in 1993, and now includes 9 hectares of vines in AOP (‘Controlled Designation of Origin’) QUINCY and 3 hectares in AOP REUILLY. The dry and fruity white wine is made from the single Sauvignon grape variety, the red wine from Pinot Noir and the rosé from Pinot Gris. The QUINCY and REUILLY names benefit from a notoriety due in part to their age and their status of typical "terroir" wine. Upon completion of a degree in viticulture and oenology, and some experience in France and New Zealand, Etienne took over management of the winery in early 2017.
