- On the first slopes of Gaillac’s thousand-year-old vineyard, Château de Rhodes passionately cultivates around thirty hectares of vines under organic farming.
Since 2008, the estate has been managed organically, with a constant commitment to respecting the environment and preserving the terroir.
The winery offers a full range of AOC Gaillac wines: dry whites, reds, sparkling wines made with the ancestral method, as well as a few special cuvées.
Activities offered:
Cellar tours & tastings: vineyard walk, introduction to organic practices, cellar visit, and guided wine tasting.
Wine workshops & oenological activities: tasting sessions and discovery of local grape varieties.
Direct sales: wines are available at the estate’s shop and online, with delivery possible depending on availability.
