Information

Description
For over 25 years, our estate has been dedicated to organic farming, holding the prestigious designation AOP Terroirs of Larzac and St Saturnin. Our production is artisanal and local, reflecting our core values of consistent quality, a commitment to biodiversity, and a deep respect for the vitality of the terroir.
With 30 hectares of vineyards, our wine range has evolved to include all three colors, catering to a variety of consumption occasions—from casual gatherings to the most refined and sophisticated experiences. Our wines, modern in style, showcase the freshness, balance, and elegance of our terroir, enhanced by advanced winemaking techniques that reveal their full character.
Since 2018, our new hillside cellar has allowed us to provide meticulous care to every vat—whether in stainless steel or raw concrete—and to each barrel. We work by gravity and customize conditioning processes to craft authentic, characterful, and elegant wines with exceptional value for money.
Virgile Joly, the president of the St Saturnin appellation, brings extensive experience to wine production, supported by his degree in oenology. Magdalena, a marketing graduate, manages commercialization and professional client relations, ensuring a personalized and responsive approach.
Our family business is committed to sustainable development and was recognized with the 2021 IWSC Green Wine Initiative Award. We prioritize building close, trust-based relationships with both professional and individual clients in France and internationally, fostering a spirit of sharing and collaboration.
Our story is also shared through literature—English author Patrick Moon chronicled our journey in his book "Virgile's Vineyard," first published in 2003 and reissued in 2014.
Today, we offer a complete range built around three levels: pleasure wines that are fruity and approachable; terroir wines that are structured and authentic; and signature wines that are exceptional, refined, and elegant.
