- Bodegas Gardel is a family business of farmers and entrepreneurs who found in the La Mancha region of Las Mesas (Cuenca) an ideal place to produce high-quality wines.
Our philosophy is to leave nothing to chance. Therefore, we chose the best plots and vineyards, with the belief that winemaking begins with the selection of the best grapes and the conviction to enhance all the good things we have inherited, both from tradition and new technologies, to produce excellent signature wines.
From the beginning, the winery has focused on producing organic wines that respect the environment and bring the taste of nature to consumers' palates. Four years later, we achieved this goal with the certification of all our vineyards for organic production.
